CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

SLOW FLOW

A Vinyasa flow with continuous movement throughout. Linking breath to movement designed to strengthen the body and calm the mind

YIN

Slow-paced with little movement. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to encourage joint hydration and mobility. Yin focuses on bones, joints, ligaments, and fascia.

PRENATAL

A frank approach to feeling good in your body during pregnancy. Suitable for all stages and levels. The perfect balance of movement and relaxation.

MUMS&BUBS

A class with no expectations. Bring yourself and your baby too (if you want to) and experience a class designed to help you build back strength after birth.

KUNDALINI

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, uses poses, meditation, mantra, mudra and breath techniques arranged in traditional order. 

NAAM

A unique synthesis of yogic movement, mudra, breath, rhythm, stretching, acupressure and chanting, infused with Universal Kabbalah, the laws of nature.

RESTORATIVE

A 'yin' style class. The body does not heat up, yet is held in poses that are comfortable and designed for healing. Expect less discomfort that YIN. Lots of props used

GONG

A powerful combination of meditation and gong sound work. You will leave feeling activated and alive through powerful techniques designed to enhance your body and mind.
