Well no, we haven't lost the plot and no, you won't be chanting "Luke, I am your father!" However, we do suggest that you brace yourselves, as you are about to go on a wild ride and go down the crazy Kundalini Yoga rabbit hole.
Before we do just that, we bet that you are still thinking, what does Darth Vader have to do with any of this? Well, in Kundalini, you will become well acquainted with the Darth Vader breathing noise, it is also known as breath of fire via your nose, and my goodness it is NOT EASY....

We caught up recently with Russell and we talked about the importance of removing blocks and focussing on the now.
Kundalini Yoga is called the yoga of awareness. It's about going within, releasing areas where there are blocks and moving through them to create space in body, mind and energy.
The first time you try it, it can be a little intimidating, with the breathing and the chanting, but we assure you, at the end of your first class, you will have felt a shift.
