Join us for an evening of relaxation, self nourishment & self love.
This class will be a mix of yin yoga, acupunture & yoga Nidra. It will help you release stress, re-energize your body & mind and release energy blocks.
The class will begin with a yoga flow, while the acupuncture will happen while you rest into an extended savasana, where your host will take you through a 25min yoga Nidra relaxation. The acupuncture will be individualised, based on a short questionnaire and pulse diagnosis.
Whether you have tried acupunture or not, this class is a good introduction and when mixed with yoga, it will really help you rejuvenate and rebalance.
Acupuncture is the use of fine, sterile needles, placed in specific points to balance the body. It is a holistic and individualised therapy. When combined with yoga, acupuncture can facilitate healing of the mind, body and soul. It can stimulate the internal healing mechanisms and harmonise the whole system. Together they will boost your health and vitality, harmonise the effects of each other and leave you with a feeling of bliss.
ABOUT YOUR HOSTS:
Valerie is a yoga teacher based in Bondi who runs outdoor yoga classes. Her events aim to take yoga through different angles as yoga for her, is not only a passion, but also a lifestyle. It’s a place to explore the boundaries of your body and mind, and most importantly, have fun with it. As an enthusiast that loves to challenge herself and her students through none conventional collaborations, she brings new empowering sensory experiences.
Rebecca is an acupuncturist, based on the Northern beaches and now, Bondi. Rebecca is committed to helping people reach their highest potential in physical, mental and spiritual health. She believes in empowering others and supporting them on their individual health journey. While Rebecca treats a wide variety of pathologies, she has a particular interest in digestive issues, menstrual health, muscle-skeletal disorders and emotional well-being.

6:45pm - Yoga class begins
7:30pm - End of yoga class, beginning of Nidra & acupunture
8:00pm - Savasana.
8:10pm - Teas & snacks. Questions.
8:30pm - The end. Time to go home & rest
