With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
Slow-paced and not a great deal of movement. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to encourage joint hydration and mobility.
Long Deep focuses on bones, joints, ligaments, and fascia and is based on the Chinese meridians in the body.
Class will start with tune in and gentle warm ups followed by pranayama then relaxation then meditation before closing.
This class will be very much about self-care, self-reflection and self-love, releasing and realizing the beauty that exists within us all.
